This will also<br \/>contribute to a long-term societal value of the investment. Besides being compliant with EU and<br \/>national legislation, we insist that each company focus on and preferably work actively with the<br \/>following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to the UN Global Compact 10 principles<\/li>\n<li>Transparency and focus on supplier chain responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Decent employee working conditions and internal work environment in the company<\/li>\n<li>That all products or services have a social or environmental dimension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We have preference for investing in companies with a strong sustainability profile whether in the product, customer segment or other. We want to invest in a responsible way and we do not want<br \/>to invest in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weapon<\/li>\n<li>Nuclear power<\/li>\n<li>Tobacco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Impact <span class=\"highlight\">investments<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>MEGATREND INVEST strives to include impact investments. We define impact investments as<br \/>investments that have the key purpose of making a significant difference for particularly<br \/>vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>UN <span class=\"highlight\">Global Compact<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>We support and respect the protection of international human rights and we adhere to the UNGP (United Nation Guiding Principles) \u2013 the UN guidelines for human rights and business. Each of them will need to complete a declaration form\u00a0 including a detailed questionnaire about ESG. As an investor company we have furthermore decided to follow Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) \u2013 United Nation\u00b4s 6 general guidelines for responsible investments.<\/p>\n<p>We have
